Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. Processing includes order verification, product handling, packaging, and scheduling pickup with the carrier.

Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 5 to 8 business days nationwide, depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Shipping Methods
We ship via trusted national carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Alliance Tops is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after the order has been marked as delivered. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact us promptly so we can assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges to resend.
